Frustration is an emotion that occurs in situations where one is blocked from reaching a personal goal. The more important the goal, the greater the frustration. It is comparable to anger and disappointment.

   Heh…I know that feeling well. So glad that since we’ve move back to Iowa, I dont have to have patience for things like traffic any more ;)

   I know frustration well. It owns me. Sadly I have not learned patience too well. Both are linked to my 4 yr old boy one way or another :)
